(Pack Size: 2 X 25 ml) from Accurex. Liquid Uric Acid reagent kit is used for determination of Uric Acid based on enzymatic methods using Uricase and Peroxidase.
Influence of Glucose, Bilirubin, Ascorbate, Allopurinol, Urea, Protein, EDTA, Fluoride, Citrate, Oxalate & Hemoglobin is negligible. Uric Acid 50 Reagent is linear upto 25 mg%. Uric acid treatment can be either with medications or by intake of certain food items.
